What happens at All Saints’ Church?

There are a couple of groups meeting monthly to discuss the scriptures and we also facilitate the provision of the Bible Reading Fellowship booklets. There is also a monthly meeting entitled 'A little bit of theology' which enables those gathered to discuss wider ranging matters of the faith.

Music plays an important part in the life and worship of All Saints’. We have the services of a professional organist and the choir has around 25 members. Each Friday there is a Choir Club at 5.45pm; Junior Choir at 6.15pm; and Choir Practice at 7.30pm. Related to, but separate from, the church choir there is the All Saints’ Festival Choir (www.allsaintsfestivalchoir.co.uk) which welcomes members of the wider community and performs three concerts a year.

For youngsters there is an active Sunday School at the 9.30am service. The Crèche is open to all babies and pre-schoolers; Kingfishers is for those in Nursery/Playgroup and Primary School; Heaven is open to those at secondary School. Every Thursday morning a parents’, carers’ and toddlers’ group called TOTS meets at 10.45am in the church. Activities include play, singing, and special celebration. The group continues to meet throughout school holidays.

All Saints’ has a Child Protection Policy Statement in accordance with the Rochester Diocesan Policy and Practise on Child Protection.
